Service Description

Handstand and forearm stand are two of my favourite poses. In this workshop I will show you skills, drills and flows that I have found helpful in achieving these two poses myself. You do not need to be able to already do these poses to take part. However some form of movement practice experience before would be helpful. Basically it wouldn't be suitable for you if you haven't done any exercise before. Saturday 23rd September 10-11:30am. Discovery Centre Kings Lynn. Once booked all workshops are non refundable.
