Time to Paus...A January retreat day

Service Description

I am really excited to be hosting another day retreat at Paus. And what better time of the year to treat yourself to some self care than January. We will start our day with intention setting before moving in to a 90 minute yang to yin yoga practice which will be followed by a restorative savasana. We will then move on to a sensory barefoot walk through the meadow at Paus before making our way to the restaurant for a plant based lunch. After lunch we will get to enjoy the outdoor bathing facilities that Paus is famous for. Sauna, wood fired hot tubs and cool plunge pools. There are also deck chairs and fire pits for you to relax around. There will be a drinks station on arrival for you to replenish after your journey. There will also be water available at lunch time. Any other drinks at lunch time such as lattes/ coffee/ soft drinks etc will be at an extra charge. The price of the day does include one drink whilst inside the hot tub. Once booked all workshops are non refundable and non transferable.
