Service Description

Join Alice and I for a magical evening of yin yoga and crystal singing bowls. The first half of the evening will be led by me, we will move through a grounding yin yoga practice. Then Alice will guide us through a magical sound bath playing her gorgeous crystal bowls. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow/bolster. Thornham Village Hall Tuesday 20th December 6:30-8pm £20 Once booked all workshops are non refundable.
