what should I wear?

 

Something you feel comfortable moving in such as a tracksuit or leggings and a t-shirt. We practice bare foot so forward isnt an issue.

 

What should I bring with me?

A bottle of water is recommended and a small towel is always useful. Due to COVID-19 all students will have to bring their own Yoga Mat with them. A yoga block is also a great tool to aid you in your practice but is not essential.

 

Is Clare's yoga right for me?

Whilst yoga can be practiced and enjoyed by anyone my Public Vinyasa Flow classes can be quite energetic. Because of this I do recommend that you have a basic level of fitness. Things can get quite sweaty! This doesn't mean you need to be an expert yogi prior to coming and by no means does it mean you need to already be super flexible! Thats what my yoga is for, to help us all get better! However just be advised that my flow lessons will involve white you may consider a reasonable level of effort.

 

If you are sat there thinking this will be fine for you, then my yoga will certainly be no problem for you! If however you're not so sure this will be achievable for you then I do offer a beginner yoga series on my online classes page.

 

If my beginner yoga is well within your capability  then so will all of my other classes!

My Yin yoga classes are also suitable for all levels.
