Join me for beach yoga at Old Hunstanton. We will meet in the sand dune behind the Le Strange Hotel. (If you walk down the path from the car park at the back of the hotel you will walk in to the main sand dune! I will be there… Please bring your own mat and water for the practice. As always beach yoga is weather dependant. Look out for emails the night before if the weather is looking bad I will cancel. All classes and workshops are non-refundable.
