Service Description
We will be in the sand dune behind the Le Strange Hotel car park. Please bring your own mat and water. For the breath please bring layers, blankets, cushion, if you struggle to lay down for an extended time you may bring a deck chair. And a flask of warm drink. We will start with a slow flow yoga practice before moving in to a SOMA breath practice with Georgie. In my SOMA Breath sessions, we begin with gentle somatic practices to help you slow down, arrive in your body, and shift out of the thinking mind. This might include simple movement, grounding breaths, and awareness of sensation. From there, we move into guided breathwork using rhythmic breathing patterns, all set to specifically designed SOMA Breath music delivered through immersive wireless headsets. The music and rhythm work together to guide your breath, helping to regulate your nervous system and deepen your awareness. As the session builds, we incorporate breath holds, allowing the body to access deeper states of relaxation, clarity, and connection. We then gradually bring everything back down, giving space for integration, stillness, and deep rest… All classes and workshops are non-refundable.
