Join me for some beach yoga at Old Hunstanton Beach on Sunday 14th June 9-10am We will be in the sand dune or beach behind the Le Strange Hotel car park. You will see me there with my mat. Please bring your own mat and water for the practice. The car park behind the hotel is quite expensive I usually find road parking in old Hunstanton… please check road signs tho as some areas are restricted! All classes and workshops are non-refundable.
