Service Description

Join Alice and I for a magical evening of yin yoga and crystal singing bowls. The first half of the evening will be led by me, we will move through a grounding yin yoga practice. Then Alice will guide us through a magical sound bath playing her gorgeous crystal bowls. We will finish our evening with mince pies and mulled wine. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow/bolster and a mug to drink your mulled wine from! Thornham Village Hall Thursday 21st December 6:30-8:30pm £25
